I. Exchanges and Returns

You may exchange or return your stylus for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. By returning an item back to us, you are agreeing to the return policy terms and conditions listed below:


  • a) To return the product you must contact our customer service department to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and include this RMA number on the return package. *Please Note: We are unable to process returns/exchanges without an RMA number.


  • b) To receive a full refund or exchange, returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was received: Unused, undamaged, clean, and in the original vendor package with all tags and parts included. If the return package fails to meet the above requirements the return may be declined or subject to a restocking fee up to 25% based on the condition of the returned merchandise as determined by the Stylus Shop.


  • c) Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.


  • d) Screen Protectors, Privacy Guards and Anti-Glare filters cannot be returned or exchanged if the backing has been removed from the protective film.


  • e) Orders with custom printing or engraving cannot be returned for either an exchange or a refund.


  • f) Any "final sale" product noted as "No exchanges or returns on this item" are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.


  • g) All item returns are considered “final”; by returning an item you acknowledge acceptance of our Return and Exchange Policy.


  • h) Shipping and handling charges will only be refunded on returns if it is the result of a manufacturer’s defect, if you have received the wrong shipment, if the merchandise was damaged in transit or if the product has been falsely advertised. The reason for returning or exchanging an item MUST be detailed and included in your RMA number request.


II. 90-Day Limited Warranty:

All products purchased directly from come with a 90-Day limited warranty. Stylusshop, it's parent and/or subsidiaries obligation to this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of any part of the product that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use during the 90 day period, commencing from date of purchase. This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy, offered in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.

Dart stylus and Precision Touch stylus tips (nibs) are consumable items which are expected to wear over time and will require eventual replacement as a result of normal usage, but will only be replaced if found defective.

This limited warranty does not cover damage, abuse, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external causes such as acts of nature. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or modification of the product. This warranty excludes without limitation any scratching or surface damage to any non-precision touch or stylusshop product, even if packaged or sold with the product.

Stylusshop has the right to replace, repair, or in other ways, return the product to normal working order. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Stylusshop, at it's sole discretion will determine if an item returned to us is defective. Shipping charges are not included. 

Stylusshop reserves the right to send you a replacement product that is the same or of a similar style, or a substitute equivalent that may not be of like kind (depending on availability). Replacement products will be furnished only on an exchange basis.
